ABS plastic particles are generally opaque, light toothlike in appearance, nontoxic and tasteless, and have the characteristics of toughness, hardness and rigidity. The burning is slow, the flame is yellow, and there is black smoke. After burning, the plastic softens and burns, and the special smell of cinnamon is announced, but there is no melting and dropping phenomenon. Engineering plastics have excellent inductive function, excellent impact strength, good scale stability, electrical function, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeability, good molding and machining. ABS resin is resistant to water, inorganic salt, alkali and acid, insoluble in most alcohol and hydrocarbon solvents, but simple soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Precautions for use of high gloss ABS plastic:
Molding shortening rate: 0.4-0.7%
Molding temperature: 200-240 ℃
Dry conditions: 80-90 ℃ for 2 hours
Ablation temperature: 210-280 ℃ (claim temperature: 245 ℃)
Injection speed: medium high speed injection pressure: 500-1000bar
Mold temperature: 25-70 ℃ (mold temperature will affect the finish of plastic parts, and lower temperature will lead to lower finish)
